Position Overview Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Leasing Professional for Senior Apartments in California. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for providing exceptional service to seniors in a vibrant, independent living community. The Leasing Professional will be responsible for managing leasing activities and ensuring a seamless experience for prospective and current residents. Responsibilities

Engage with prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process with professionalism and care.

Manage and update the Yardi system to ensure all resident and property data is accurate and up-to-date.

Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment by building strong relationships with current and prospective residents.

Coordinate and participate in community events and social activities to promote resident engagement.

Ensure the property is well-maintained and presentable, coordinating with maintenance as necessary.

Maintain compliance with community policies and housing regulations, especially in senior and affordable housing contexts.

Provide exceptional customer service and address any resident inquiries or concerns promptly.

Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing lease agreements, processing applications, and managing files.

Requirements

High School Diploma required.

Previous apartment leasing experience required.

Experience with the Yardi system is mandatory.

Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Experience in senior housing, affordable housing, HUD, or LIHTC communities preferred.

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Professional and compassionate approach when working with senior residents.

Required Work Hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Benefits The position offers a full-time schedule with a competitive pay range of $22-$24 per hour.
