Responsibilities Oversee property transactions from initiation to completion, ensuring a smooth experience for clients. Qualifications To be successful as a Real Estate Partner, candidates must meet the following qualifications: Active California Real Estate License - (Can be Reactivated) On-site availability for the first 4 weeks , aligned with our training and development sprint Comfort and proficiency with technology platforms , including CRM systems, communication tools, and digital marketing software Ability to quickly learn and apply new systems, processes, and tools Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Coachable mindset with a willingness to follow proven systems Professional communication skills, both written and verbal This role is best suited for individuals who are committed to full engagement during the onboarding sprint and are ready to leverage technology and team support to accelerate their success.
