In this capacity, you will be instrumental in supporting listing appointments, managing transaction coordination, and delivering an outstanding client experience from initial contact through closing. Work side-by-side with a top-performing Real Estate Agent to help clients find the right home, not just any home. Deliver clear, strategic feedback after every showing to dial in exactly what your clients are looking for. Take the lead in writing and negotiating offers that win — on behalf of both your clients and your partner agent. Qualifications To be successful as a Real Estate Partner, candidates must meet the following qualifications: On-site availability aligned with our training and development sprint Comfort and proficiency with technology platforms , including CRM systems, communication tools, and digital marketing software Ability to quickly learn and apply new systems, processes, and tools Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Coachable mindset with a willingness to follow proven systems Professional communication skills, both written and verbal This role is best suited for individuals who are committed to full engagement during the onboarding sprint and are ready to leverage technology and team support to accelerate their success.
