Responsibilities Manage the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a smooth, timely transaction Prospect and follow up with leads to generate new business opportunities Meet with clients to determine their needs and preferences, then help them find their ideal home Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and referrals Stay organized and on top of all client communications and documentation Qualifications Candidates must be a licensed California real estate agent. If not yet licensed, they must currently be enrolled in real estate school, scheduled to take the real estate exam, or have already passed it.
