Newport Beach, CA, In Person - Mandatory __________ About the Role As a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist, you'll be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and acquiring investment properties procured through multiple deal sources . You'll work within a structured workflow using our internal tools to move properties through the acquisition pipeline efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

Browse and review properties across multiple platforms Research comparable sales to determine After Repair Value (ARV) Apply company acquisition criteria to evaluate and rate each property Log findings, notes, and ratings into our internal tracking system Communicate property recommendations to the acquisitions team for informed decision-making. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records throughout the property lifecycle What We're Looking For We are searching for individuals who not only view this as a job — but also an opportunity. Compensation:

Commission-only structure with absolutely no ceiling on your earnings — you get out exactly what you put in. Mentorship and Comprehensive Real Estate Investment training.
