We are looking for agents that want to build a career with a team in the residential real estate industry. Keller Williams Palm Springs is a rapidly growing firm. On average, our agents make $80,000/year after 12-18 months in business. Key responsibilities include building long term relationships with clients, open houses, learning digital geo farming, home staging and property management. Our most unique offer for our agents is our Team training and coaching program. Agents work one-on-one with a senior mentor and learn the ins and outs of the Real Estate industry. They benefit and profit from our complete platform of real estate assets including, Insurance, Mortgages, Luxury, and more.
