Key Responsibilities:
Engage with and nurture leads from our quality inbound lead system. Coordinate and conduct property viewings and inspections. Advise and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the best price under the most favorable terms. Maintain and update a catalog of available properties. Establish networks and collaborate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors. Stay informed about real estate markets and best practices.
Requirements:
Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Quick thinking with the ability to manage high-pressure situations. Active real estate agent's or broker's license.
