LICENSED REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL RE/MAX
Freedom is looking for an experienced, organized, and highly motivated Licensed Real Estate Professional to join our team in a key support and operations role.
ACTIVE CALIFORNIA REAL ESTATE LICENSE REQUIRED.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands the real estate business, enjoys helping agents and clients, and can confidently manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced brokerage environment. Responsibilities What You'll Be Doing Assist agents and team members with day-to-day questions and transaction-related needs Review and assist with real estate contracts, forms, disclosures, and documentation Help maintain brokerage and transaction compliance Monitor files for missing documents, signatures, deadlines, and required forms Follow established client and customer care systems Follow up with clients, leads, agents, and vendors to ensure nothing falls through the cracks Assist with listing preparation, MLS information, marketing coordination, and file management Help onboard new agents and guide them through brokerage systems, procedures, tools, and compliance Assist agents with understanding brokerage processes and available resources, help Maintain organized systems for follow-up and accountability Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and agents Communicate professionally by phone, email, and text Work closely with brokerage leadership to help keep daily operations running smoothly Experience Active California Real Estate License/Broker License Strong knowledge of residential & commercial real estate transactions, MLS CAR Familiarity with real estate contracts and disclosures- Compliance Excellent organization and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to follow systems and procedures Ability to prioritize multiple files, requests, and deadlines Professional and client-focused attitude Reliable follow-through — if you say you are going to handle something, you handle it Comfortable answering agent questions and finding solutions Team-oriented with a positive, professional approach Proficiency in SkySlope, Docusign, books and familiarity with sales technology adoption. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases effectively. Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—with a focus on building lasting client relationships Compensation is based on experience We recognize that an experienced licensed professional who brings significant contract, compliance, transaction, leadership, or brokerage experience brings additional value.
