We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to develop expertise in acquisitions, investment properties, and off-market opportunities while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting, solving problems, building relationships, and identifying opportunities with property owners and investors. You will learn how to find potential acquisitions through outbound calls, database outreach, prospecting, referrals, and consistent follow-up. Through conversations with property owners, you will develop the skills to uncover motivation, evaluate potential opportunities, and build relationships that can lead to future transactions. Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will gain practical experience with property analysis, offer strategies, negotiations, contracts, and transaction management. Coaching and proven systems will help you strengthen your communication and develop a consistent approach for moving opportunities from the initial conversation through closing. The focus is on building a reliable pipeline through daily activity and strong relationships. As your experience grows, you will develop valuable investment real estate knowledge while building a network of property owners, investors, and referral partners that can support long-term business growth. Compensation:
$160,000+ at plan commissions
Responsibilities:
Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process Follow the team plan
Qualifications:
