We built the system, so you don't have to. Q Mortgage is a fast-growing real estate and mortgage brokerage in Los Angeles. We generate a high volume of qualified buyer leads every single day through our marketing platform, and we are looking for a motivated, licensed realtor to join our in-office team and work those buyers from pre-approval all the way to close.
What You Will Do:
Review incoming buyer leads and identify qualified clients ready to move forward Work with pre-approved buyers and guide them from home search to close Coordinate with our in-house loan team for smooth, fast transactions Write and negotiate offers aggressively on behalf of every buyer Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the entire process Represent Q Mortgage professionally with every client, every time

Requirements:
Active California Real Estate License — required Based in San Fernando Valley and available to work in office daily Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients simultaneously Motivated and hungry to grow — this is not a passive role Bilingual English / Spanish is required If you are a licensed realtor ready to stop grinding for leads and start closing deals with a real team behind you, we want to hear from you.
