Job Overview This is a commission based position. Join our dynamic and top rated ROOM Real Estate team as a dedicated Real Estate Agent/Realtor, where your passion for property and exceptional customer service will drive success. In this role, you will actively assist clients in buying, selling, and managing residential real estate transactions. Your expertise in market analysis, negotiation, and client relationship building will be key to helping clients achieve their property goals. This commission based position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, rewarding environment while making a positive impact on clients' lives. One of the open positions would be directly helping a top producing realtor with her listing and buyer needs, great opportunity to learn and have a great funnel of business from the start. We have offices in Santa Cruz, Felton, Watsonville, Carmel and Salinas. We have leads and great mentorship available. Ideally you have your real estate license already but willing to train the right candidates. We have listings we need help with and buyer leads ready to go. We have in house staging services, money lending to help clients fix up their homes, in house TC services and much more. Responsibilities Guide clients through the entire real estate process, including property searches, showings, negotiations, and closing transactions. Conduct comprehensive real estate market analysis to advise clients on current industry trends and pricing strategies. Negotiate offers and counteroffers effectively to secure favorable terms for clients. Manage all aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and local laws. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings across various channels, including digital platforms and social media. Build strong client rapport through clear communication, attentive customer service, and personalized support. Utilize sales technology adoption tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track leads, manage client data, and streamline workflows. Stay informed about industry trends and continuously enhance skills related to residential real estate sales and deal closing. Manage multiple client relationships simultaneously while maintaining organizational efficiency and administrative accuracy. Skills Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals successfully. Strong marketing abilities to effectively promote properties and attract potential buyers. Experience with sales technology adoption and CRM systems to optimize client management processes. Deep understanding of the local real estate market analysis and industry trends. Expertise in managing real estate offers, negotiations, and residential transactions from start to finish. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliant practices in all dealings. Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration. Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple transactions efficiently while adhering to deadlines. $97,607.10 - $217,548.34 per year
