Job Description
Keller Williams Westside Estates is seeking licensed real estate agents to support buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions throughout the Los Angeles area. This role is ideal for agents who are looking for a professional environment with access to training, mentorship, and operational support while building their real estate business. We are looking for individuals who are licensed, professional, self-motivated, and committed to providing excellent service to clients. Responsibilities Assist buyers and sellers with residential real estate transactions Conduct property showings, buyer consultations, and listing appointments Build and maintain relationships with prospective and active clients Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process Guide clients through contracts, negotiations, and transaction milestones Stay informed on local market trends, inventory, and pricing activity Maintain accurate client records and transaction updates Qualifications Active California Real Estate License required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Professional, dependable, and client-service oriented Comfortable with lead follow-up, relationship building, and sales activity Prior real estate experience is a plus, but not required for licensed candidates What We Provide Training and onboarding for licensed agents Ongoing mentorship and coaching Office support, systems, and tools Professional development resources Collaborative team environment Business development support for agent growth Compensation Commission-based compensation Earnings are based on closed transactions and individual performance Work Location In-person / field-based in the Los Angeles area About Keller Williams Westside Estates Keller Williams Westside Estates is a real estate office focused on agent development, professional growth, and client service.
