We have been in business for over 40 years and are looking for a Sr. Leasing Rep to take charge of our leasing process from start to finish and ensure our property owner clients and tenant clients have a good experience. This is a full time position: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm. Occasional availability needed on weekends. Active CA Real Estate License Required Job Description Property Owner/Client's Main Contact During Leasing Process Taking the handoff from the Business Development team when they sign a new account that includes a vacant property ready to be marketed for lease (this is most new accounts) Keep clients updated on the status of their vacant property Work with clients on pricing their rental units and suggesting price reductions when needed
Lease Coordination:
Answering and responding to leasing calls, messages, and emails Pre-qualify and schedule prospective tenants an appointment to view available properties Call residents to schedule time to show property if property is occupied Confirm scheduled appointments with prospective tenants Enter calls & emails as an AppFolio guest card
Lease Marketing:
Edit properties in AppFolio to propagate to the webs, also post to MLS Update listings w/price changes Run reporting & verify numbers for weekly leasing office meeting Send owners weekly activity reports Follow-up on suggested price adjustments Showings (as needed)
Applications:
Process Rental Applications If qualified, complete employment & income verifications, if approved, email owner with info & get confirmation to proceed Write up Owners Accepted Terms sheets If not qualified or approved, notify applicants & process any refunds
