Your expertise in customer service, industry knowledge of financial regulations, and ability to communicate effectively will ensure each leasing interaction is smooth, informative, and engaging. Duties Greet prospective residents warmly and provide comprehensive tours of available properties, highlighting features and amenities to match their needs. Facilitate the leasing process by explaining lease terms, contracts, and financial obligations clearly and transparently. Process applications efficiently using financial software and Microsoft Office tools, ensuring all documentation complies with industry standards such as TILA (Truth in Lending Act) and FNMA (Fannie Mae) guidelines. Conduct credit checks, background screenings, and verify employment or income details to assess applicant eligibility in accordance with fair housing laws. Manage lease renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and associated paperwork with precision and attention to detail. Collaborate with property management teams on marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain current residents through excellent customer service. Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, client communications, contracts, and compliance documentation related to banking regulations and lending practices. Experience Proven experience in loan origination or financial services within banking or mortgage sectors. Strong background in loan officer responsibilities including loan processing, commercial lending analysis in risk and credit assessment, and mortgage services. Familiarity with industry-specific software such as financial software platforms and Excel data analysis tools. Knowledge of banking regulatory compliance standards including TILA (Truth in Lending Act), FNMA guidelines, and financial regulations governing lending activities. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to clients. Experience working with contracts, basic math calculations, 10-key typing proficiency, and financial sales techniques.
