What We're Looking For:
Licensed agent: A licensed agent with one to three years of experience who is hungry to move into the luxury market and serve sophisticated clients.
Polished presence:

An agent who is eager to learn the nuances of luxury pricing, staging, and negotiation from senior producers.
Core Responsibilities:
Represent clients: Represent buyers and sellers in luxury transactions across Hidden Hills, Calabasas, and Woodland Hills using Frontgate's proven client process.
Convert inquiries:
Convert high-intent leads from Zillow Flex and company-sourced channels into listing appointments and buyer consultations.
Host open houses:
Host exclusive open houses and use those walkthroughs to build relationships with high-net-worth prospects.
Master negotiation:
Partner with senior mentors on complex deals to master luxury negotiation, contract details, and client expectations.
