Job Description

Frontgate Real Estate is seeking a driven Real Estate Agent to represent buyers and sellers in residential transactions across the greater Denver and Douglas County areas. In this full-time, commission-based role, you'll leverage Frontgate's strong marketing resources, local expertise, and technology to deliver a concierge-style client experience. Responsibilities include lead generation, client consultations, CMAs, showings, contract negotiation, and transaction coordination. You'll thrive in a collaborative, high-support culture that values integrity, teamwork, and market knowledge while you grow your book of business and long-term career. Responsibilities Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions across the greater Denver and Douglas County markets Prospect, network, and follow up with leads to build and maintain a strong book of business Conduct market analyses, prepare CMAs, and advise clients on pricing and offer strategies Coordinate and host showings, open houses, inspections, and other key transaction activities Draft, review, and negotiate purchase contracts, addenda, and related documents in compliance with Colorado law Use MLS and brokerage technology tools to manage listings, clients, marketing, and transaction workflows Collaborate closely with Frontgate team members to deliver a concierge-style, high-touch client experience Communicate proactively with clients, lenders, title companies, and cooperating agents to ensure smooth closings Stay current on local market trends, inventory, and regulatory changes affecting residential real estate Uphold Frontgate's standards of integrity, professionalism, and client-focused service at all times Required Skills Residential real estate sales Client relationship management Comparative market analysis (CMA) Real estate contract drafting and negotiation Local Denver and Douglas County market knowledge CRM and MLS platforms (e.g., REcolorado) Digital and social media marketing for listings Transaction coordination and pipeline management Lead generation and prospecting Presentation and consultation skills
