Position Overview:

Our client company is looking for a bilingual (Japanese-English) Property Management Assistant to join their friendly team. This role includes both in-office and field work such as vendor coordination, rent tracking, and monthly reporting. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with vendors and support property maintenance Visit properties and assist with inspections (occasional field work) Respond to tenant inquiries and assist with property showings Track rent payments and update internal system (Rentec) Prepare invoices and monthly reports for property owners Requirements Business-level Japanese and English Valid driver's license (for occasional property visits) Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) California Real Estate Salesperson License Property management or real estate experience Ideal Candidate Recent graduates or individuals looking to start a new career Candidates interested in real estate or property management Those who enjoy both desk work and being out in the field Individuals who want to utilize bilingual skills in a professional setting
