In this role, you'll be the first impression for prospective residents — guiding them through tours, answering questions, and helping them find a place they're proud to call home. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, and have a knack for sales, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Conduct property tours and follow up with prospective residents throughout the leasing process Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins in a timely and professional manner Process rental applications, prepare lease agreements, and assist with move-in coordination Maintain accurate records in property management software and update availability daily Support resident retention efforts and deliver excellent customer service to current residents Assist with marketing efforts including social media, signage, and outreach events Partner with the on-site team to ensure a clean, welcoming, and well-maintained community What We're Looking For 1-2 years of experience in leasing, sales, hospitality, or a customer-facing role (property management experience a plus) Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you're comfortable talking to anyone Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi or similar property management software is a bonus High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Valid driver's license may be required depending on property location What We Offer Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off Clear career growth path with opportunities to advance into senior leasing or management roles Supportive team culture with ongoing training and development Employee housing discount (where applicable) How to Apply Interested candidates should submit a resume and brief cover letter outlining their relevant experience.
