This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting, creating opportunities through outbound outreach, and building relationships with property owners, investors, and real estate professionals. You will learn how to identify potential investment properties, generate opportunities through consistent outbound lead generation, and connect with homeowners who may be considering selling. The focus is on proactive prospecting, relationship building, follow up, and developing the communication skills needed to uncover opportunities before they reach the open market. As you gain experience, you will learn how to evaluate potential opportunities, strengthen negotiation skills, and guide conversations from the initial contact through signed agreements and closing. You will also learn how investor demand, market conditions, and property characteristics influence acquisition decisions and create opportunities within the marketplace. Our team provides training, coaching, systems, and ongoing support designed to help you stay organized and continue building consistency. Working alongside experienced acquisitions professionals, you will gain practical experience through daily activity, accountability, and real world conversations that help strengthen confidence and long term business skills. Compensation:
$160,000 at plan
Responsibilities:
Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends Follow up on all leads and requests for information
Qualifications:
