Promote available units and amenities via online platforms, signage, and outreach.
Explain lease terms, application requirements, and pricing.
Processes and maintains accurate resident filesWorks closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure quality work is completedProcesses re-certifications, renewals, and assists with retention effortsUnderstand and communicate lease provisions and community policies to new and current residents.
Assists applicant with the application processCreates and updates waitlistCompletes any daily, weekly, or monthly reports assigned by Property ManagerEnsuring resident satisfaction through effective communication and proactive issue resolution.
Conduct move-in/move-out inspections with residentsQualificationsStrong understanding of LIHTC regulations, income limits, and compliance rules.

Pay:
$22- 24/hour
Schedule:
