- is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Portfolio Leasing Consultant to join our team and provide dedicated leasing support across seven apartment communities in Colorado Springs, CO.

- The Leasing Consultant provides functional support for the Property Manager and Service Teams and is capable of working independently in the Property Managers absence.
- CALP certificate helpful.
- Knowledge of Entrata leasing software is helpful.
- Savvy social media skills are helpful.
- Must possess a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance.
- Reliable transportation is necessary. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct apartment tours and effectively showcase community features and amenities.
- Respond promptly to prospective resident inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Manage the leasing process from initial contact through application approval and move-in.
- Maintain accurate prospect and resident information in property management software.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, resident retention programs, and community events.
- Support multiple properties by filling temporary staffing gaps and assisting with lease-up efforts.
- Ensure model units, leasing offices, and common areas are presentation ready.
- Follow Fair Housing laws and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with Property Managers and Service teams to enhance resident satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of apartment leasing experience.
- Strong sales, customer service, and closing skills.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
- Experience with Entrata property management software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- CALP Certification helpful
- Must have a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
