  • Be the point person for clients, scheduling meetings, and answering phones.
  • Create and organize client files - both paper and digital.
  • Handle office tasks such as filing, generating reports, and inputting daily timesheets.
  • Prepare for and set up documents for client meetings.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Be the primary contact for all IT issues. Competencies
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients quickly and genuinely.
  • Ability to multitask effectively while keeping an upbeat attitude. Requirements
