PART TIME
Estate Planning Practice Coordinator for our growing estate planning team. This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about client care and operational excellence to join a purpose-driven law firm in a key support role. As the Estate Planning Practice Coordinator, you'll help guide our clients through the entire estate planning lifecycle—from intake to execution—while supporting the managing attorney and ensuring workflows move forward smoothly and compassionately. We're looking for someone who is steady, service-oriented, and eager to learn. About Us Founded in 2004, Little Law Office is a small law firm with a big heart. Rooted in faith and family, we serve primarily Catholic and faith-based clients in and around Centennial. We are mission-focused and dedicated to helping our clients protect their legacy and provide peace of mind to their loved ones. ⸻ Key Attributes We're looking for someone who is: A self-starter who takes initiative Hardworking and detail-oriented Warm, compassionate, and emotionally intelligent Committed to continuous self-improvement Intellectually curious and eager to grow ⸻ Key Responsibilities Manage lead intake and initial client contact Schedule meetings, process payments, and collect documentation Draft, revise, and finalize estate planning documents Gatekeep and manage all client communication touchpoints Proactively move cases forward and eliminate workflow bottlenecks Oversee and support our client maintenance program Provide outstanding service to both prospective and current clients Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment ⸻ Required Skills & Qualifications Associate's degree, professional certificate, or equivalent work experience 1-5 years of administrative or legal office experience in an estate planning law firm Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently Tech-savvy and able to troubleshoot routine software and hardware issues Proficient in Microsoft 365; experience with CRM, DecisionVault and WealthDocx preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Genuine interest in estate planning law and a heart for helping people ⸻ Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (commensurate with experience), plus performance-based bonuses In-office position with opportunities for growth
Hours:
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8:00-5:00 ⸻
