Duties Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the commercial, industrial real estate maintenance industry, including digital campaigns, content creation, and market outreach initiatives Collaborate with sales teams to craft compelling new property contacts, promotional materials, and client presentations that highlight unique maintenance points Conduct thorough real estate market maintenance analysis to identify emerging industry trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities Support negotiation processes by providing marketing insights that enhance deal proposals and client engagement strategies Manage client relationships through effective communication, CRM system Hub Spot (technologically supported), and personalized service to build rapport and foster loyalty Assist in managing real estate maintenance transactions by coordinating marketing efforts with property management teams, and administrative staff of property owners or facilitators. Stay informed on industry best practices to ensure all marketing activities are compliant and ethically sound and effective. Attend events throughout year for networking and clientele building with in the industry. Skills Proven expertise in industrial & commercial property management, maintenance, negotiation, sales techniques, and deal closing within the commercial, industrial real estate maintenance sector. Strong marketing skills with experience in digital advertising, branding, and property maintenance promotion strategies Capabilities to effectively communicate with diverse client bases across markets Proficiency in Mac (Numbers, Pages, Slides, Sheets, Google forms) for reporting and presentation purposes Familiarity with sales technology adoption tools such as CRM system Hub Spot for managing customer relationships and tracking leads Deep understanding of commercial & industrial real estate maintenance, industry trends, property management practices, and real estate maintenance negotiation Excellent communication skills for practicing real estate Maitenance negotiations, client rapport building, and customer service excellence Organizational skills with administrative experience supporting managing property managers and maintenance transactions efficiently Knowledge of commercial, industrial property management transactions for maintenance contracts Ability to adapt quickly to new sales technologies and stay current on industry developments for continuous improvement This role is ideal for motivated professionals eager to make a significant impact in the commercial, industrial real estate maintenance industry through innovative marketing strategies.
