Responsibilities Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters in a professional and timely manner Provide detailed information about properties, neighborhoods, and local amenities to clients during showings Maintain clear and consistent communication with real estate agents and clients to schedule and confirm appointments Assist in preparing properties for showings, ensuring they are clean, organized, and presentable Collect and relay feedback from clients to the listing agents to support marketing and sales strategies Manage and update showing schedules and client databases using company software and tools Support the real estate team with administrative tasks as needed to enhance overall client experience Qualifications You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
