Core Competencies 1. Teamwork Collaborates effectively, supports colleagues, adapts to various roles, asks questions, and demonstrates reliability. 2. Punctuality Consistently arrives on time, is responsive, manages time well, and maintains a flexible schedule when needed. 3. Customer Service Listens actively, responds with patience and empathy, resolves conflicts professionally, and delivers a positive resident experience. Strong customer service skills are required. 4. Technical Knowledge Performs well under pressure, utilizes problem-solving skills, and maintains working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, iPhone/iOS, and Adobe Acrobat. Familiarity with standard office equipment (computers, phones, printers, etc.) is expected. 5. Drive Self-motivated, eager to learn, willing to go above and beyond, and capable of working with minimal supervision. Shows ambition to take on additional responsibilities. Responsibilities Present property and amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants. Advertise available units and property on various media platforms. Determine the needs, living standards and housing requirements of prospective tenants. Accept rental applications, screen prospective and negotiate leasing terms. Act as a liaison between tenants, corporate staff, property owners and government regulators. Remain knowledgeable in housing industry and market trends. Support maintenance staff by issuing works, periodic property inspections and scheduling maintenance appointments. Additional responsibilities as assigned. Physical Demands Walk, stand, run, sit, stoop, kneel and climb stairs. Ability to work indoors and outdoors under multiple weather conditions based on business need. Ability to work in typical office setting for multiple hours at a time. Ability to work on short notice based on business need. Qualifications Proven work experience in property management a plus. Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices. Knowledgeable in Fair Credit, Equal Housing a plus.
