Compensation:
$125,500 - $196,500 yearlyResponsibilities:
Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their choices. Coordinate with the lead agent to schedule and manage property showings efficiently. Provide insightful feedback to clients after each showing, helping them refine their preferences. Maintain a detailed log of client interactions and property visits to ensure seamless follow-up. Collaborate with the team to develop strategies that enhance the client experience. Stay updated on local market trends to offer clients timely and relevant advice. Assist in preparing necessary documentation for property offers and transactions as needed.Qualifications:
Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one). Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, ensuring they feel supported throughout the buying process. Proven track record of managing schedules and coordinating multiple property showings efficiently. Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation and seamless follow-up with clients. Ability to provide insightful feedback and guidance to clients, helping them make informed decisions. Familiarity with local real estate market trends and the ability to offer timely advice to clients. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing client needs and market conditions.
