Job Description

Payoff/End of Lease Specialist Compensation:
$50,000-$60,000
Location:
Greenwich, CT – full-time onsite CFS has partnered with a client that handles vehicle leasing to help identify their new Payoff Specialist. This person will be responsible for managing the lease-end process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for clients while maintaining accuracy, and operational efficiency. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, dealerships, and sales team, providing exceptional service and resolving lease and financial inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver professional, timely, and personalized service to build customer confidence and satisfaction throughout the lease-end process. Review and analyze lease and loan agreements to calculate accurate payoff amounts and process lease-end transactions. Resolve payment discrepancies and investigate account issues to ensure accurate financial records and timely resolutions. Guide customers through the lease-end process, including vehicle sales, payoffs, lease maturities, and related documentation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, financial institutions, dealerships, and third-party partners to facilitate efficient transaction processing. Manage a high-volume workload while consistently meeting service level agreements, quality standards, and turnaround time expectations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. EB-1552277305
