Summary We are thrilled to offer several openings for positions such as Showing Partner, Buyers Agent, Listing Agent, and Listing Assistant—no previous experience required. We provide thorough training, and qualified applicants may be eligible for sponsorship that covers real estate education and pre-licensing courses. Starting as a Showing Agent is an excellent way to develop key skills, join a dynamic team, and fast-track your professional growth. Responsibilities Consult with sellers to obtain listings and market properties Spend 15 hours weekly on lead generation Guide buyers, secure agreements, and assist in home selection Negotiate offers for buyers and sellers Host at least two open houses monthly Keep accurate records using Brivity Technology Convert leads into scheduled appointments Practice scripts weekly per team standards Participate in team events and initiatives Advise on pricing, staging, and listing services Qualifications Motivated sales professional with a friendly, competitive spirit Great at building connections, listening to clients, and offering personalized solutions Experienced in finding and reaching out to potential clients Comfortable handling questions and concerns with ease Clear and approachable communicator focused on providing great service Works well with others in a team environment Willing to obtain real estate license within 90 days of starting Strong written and verbal communication skills Eager to keep learning and growing Well-organized and reliable Open to learning and using scripts and conversation techniques Good at managing time effectively About-our-team The Ken Van Every Team equips agents to grow their businesses and reach financial success.
