Full-Time, Part-time, Contract (To be discussed) Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and organized Property Manager to join our team. This role involves managing residential rental properties, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This position requires regular travel to properties, including multiple visits per week to the Daytona Beachside area. Responsibilities Oversee daily property operations Coordinate maintenance requests and vendors Conduct property inspections Communicate with tenants and property owners Assist with leasing and move-in/move-out process Ensure properties are well maintained and in good condition Requirements A licensed real estate agent Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (required) Ability to travel to Daytona Beachside multiple times per week (required) Strong communication and organizational skills Responsible, dependable, and detail-oriented Additional Information Full details, compensation, and benefits will be discussed during the interview.
