Full Job Description Apartment Property Manager:
Multi-Site in
Orlando Compensation:
$35,000 to $45,000 per year, depending on experience employment type: 30 hours per week. We are excited to offer this unique position leasing several small apartment communities in the Orlando area! You will primarily work from home, but the job will also entail visiting the properties for leasing and inspections. Much of your work can be done from your home, offering some flexibility in your schedule.
Your main focus will be:
Keeping the Units Leased (utilizing company marketing tools) Making sure Residents pay rent on time (following up with late payers) Inspecting vacant units, logging resident work orders, and special projects Doing those four things will ensure the properties are places that residents, the management company, and owners can be proud of.

2-4 Years in multi-family Leasing (with references)
Education Requirement:
High School diploma or GED Educational Pluses (not required) : 2-4 Years of college Industry Certifications such as: CPM, ARM, CAM, CAPS, etc.
