What You'll Own You'll work directly with ownership and play a key leadership role across the organization by: Managing day-to-day business operations Building and improving operational systems and workflows Managing executive priorities, projects, and business initiatives Supporting our residential sales and investment businesses Overseeing transaction operations and our Virtual Assistant Transaction Coordinator Managing CRM platforms, technology, and operational processes Tracking business metrics and KPIs Coordinating vendors, title companies, lenders, attorneys, and service providers Delivering a white-glove experience for clients and investors Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accountability, and scalability What Success Looks Like Within your first year, you'll: Become a trusted operational partner to ownership Improve systems across multiple areas of the business Elevate the client experience Increase operational efficiency and accountability Help build a business that's positioned for long-term growth What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish Minimum 2 years of real estate operations experience Strong understanding of residential real estate transactions from contract to close Exceptional organizational and project management skills Experience with CRM platforms, MLS, DocuSign, Google Workspace Experience leading or managing Virtual Assistants or remote team members Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment Must be able to work primarily from our Aventura office Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
