Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a hands-on and organized Leasing Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for prospective tenants, guiding them through the leasing process with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your main objective will be to facilitate property viewings, and guide them through the process from start to finish. You will play a vital role in maintaining high occupancy rates and positive tenant relationships. You will also be responsible for communication between tenants and the maintainance supervisor on property by keeping track of all work orders and making sure they are completed in a timely fashion. Responsibilities Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, or in person, providing detailed information about available properties and leasing procedures. Schedule and conduct property tours, highlighting features and benefits to attract qualified applicants. Assist prospective tenants with the application process, including completing rental applications and collecting necessary documentation. Conduct thorough screenings of prospective tenants including background checks, credit checks, and rental history verification. Coordinate move-in process, including property inspections and facilitating lease signings. Address tenant concerns and inquiries promptly, providing exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process. Maintain accurate records of leasing activites, including tenant interactions, property showings, and lease agreements. Requirements Previous leasing or property management experience is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of property leasing processes, contracts, and rental agreement management. Excellent customer service skills coupled with effective communication and phone etiquette. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Ability to handle conflict management professionally while maintaining positive client relationships. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and reporting purposes. Office experience including data entry, filing, client communication, and facilities management knowledge are preferred. Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
