Duties include leasing, answering phones, filing, resident relations, vendor relations and administrative projects but are not limited to this.

Requirements:

• One year of prior leasing experience is required.
• Apartment Leasing / Fair Housing / Tax Credit
• Friendly, energetic, great people skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent phone and in person sales skills
• Motivated and hard-working
• High energy
• Excellent communication skills
• Above average computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Professional presentation - friendly, energetic, great people skills and customer service
• Tax Credit Experience is a PLUS!
