Lake Kathy, our 360-unit affordable residential community in Brandon, FL 33510 Here are the key qualifications we are looking for: 1-2 years experience leasing, marketing, advertising within a multi-family residential community, preferably Affordable Experience using Yardi property management software, proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, and excellent resident service skills Excellent communication skills, bilingual English/Spanish a plus!

Requirements:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years of leasing experience, affordable/LIHTC or mixed Proficiency in Yardi software products preferred
Skills & Certifications:
Demonstrated phone sales and customer service skills Strong work ethic and customer focus Responsive, courteous, reliable, and upbeat attitude Attention to detail/follow-up technique Performance-driven with an embrace of growth and change Problem-solving skills and reliability Professional demeanor and personable phone voice Ability to thrive in a customer-focused, team environment Valid Driver's License required Bilingual, English/Spanish may be preferred at some properties
