Summary:

The Funding Department of Mid-Atlantic Finance is looking for a confident self-starter who works well independently. Must have great attention to detail, be proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel and focused on deadline achievement. Previous call center and or office experience is preferred. Bilingual English / Spanish is desired but not required.

What You'll Do:

Conduct outgoing calls to introduce the company to the customer Contact customers to gather information, complete verifications and update records Perform compliance audits completing corrections as needed Maintain electronic records and files, backing up completed work Entry-level Excel spreadsheet skills helpful.

What You'll Need:
