Job Description:

Mitchell Dean Realty is hiring sales-driven people for a full-time career in investment real estate. This is not traditional residential real estate. We do not focus on open houses, casual showings, or retail homebuyers. We focus on acquisitions, dispositions, investment properties, off-market opportunities, investor relationships, deal analysis and closing transactions.

Important:

This is a commission-only 1099 role with no base salary. This is not a side hustle. We are looking for someone who wants a full-time sales career in investment real estate. You do not need real estate experience to apply if you have strong sales ability. Licensed agents with investment real estate, acquisitions, dispositions, wholesale, off-market or investor sales experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
