We're looking for an experienced Real Estate Transaction Coordinator who takes ownership, solves problems before they become problems, and creates an exceptional client experience from contract to closing. Two Non-Negotiables To be considered, you must have:✔ Previous Real Estate Transaction Coordinator or Transaction Management experience.✔ Previous experience working in the real estate industry.

That's where you come in. What You'll Do You'll manage residential real estate transactions from executed contract through closing while ensuring every detail is handled with accuracy, urgency, and professionalism.
Responsibilities include: Managing multiple active real estate transactions simultaneously while meeting every contractual deadline. Reviewing contracts, disclosures, addenda, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness. Coordinating communication between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, title companies, attorneys, inspectors, appraisers, and vendors. Monitoring inspections, financing, escrow deposits, appraisal deadlines, contingency periods, and closing timelines. Ensuring every file remains compliant with brokerage policies, Florida real estate regulations, and Fair Housing requirements. Maintaining organized digital transaction files, checklists, and CRM records. Identifying potential issues early and working proactively to resolve them before they affect the transaction. Delivering an exceptional client experience through consistent communication and follow-up. Supporting agents by handling the details so they can focus on serving clients and growing the business. Assisting leadership with improving systems, workflows, and operational efficiency. Who Will Succeed Here You'll thrive if you are: Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented. QualificationsRequired Minimum of 2 years of Real Estate Transaction Coordinator or Transaction Management experience. Previous real estate industry experience. Strong knowledge of Florida residential real estate contracts and timelines. Outstanding organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a high-performing team. Strong computer and technology skills. Preferred Experience with Stellar MLS, Matrix, or other MLS platforms. Experience with transaction management software such as Dotloop, SkySlope, or similar platforms. Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
