The infrastructure is designed to allow salespeople to stay focused on what matters most: creating opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals. Our culture is highly performance-driven and merit-based. Expectations are clear, results matter, and the environment is built for competitive salespeople who thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability setting. This is a true hunter/closer position . You won't be buried in administrative work or spending your time managing deals after the contract is signed. Once you close, the in-house fulfillment team takes over, allowing you to stay focused on generating new deal flow and closing more business. What You Can Expect $4,000/month draw during ramp-up Average property acquisition of approximately $250K Proprietary lead generation and data infrastructure In-house call center providing a consistent flow of opportunities Dedicated legal, title, funding, moving, and fulfillment teams Established 40-person sales organization Clear performance standards and merit-based culture Fully in-person role in Fort Lauderdale What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a proven salesperson who can confidently take control of a conversation, establish trust quickly, and guide a homeowner toward a decision. If you're a closer who knows how to cold call, build trust, handle objections, and close high-ticket deals , this is an opportunity to step into an established organization with the infrastructure and earning potential to support serious producers. If you're hungry, competitive, and confident in your ability to close, we'd like to hear from you.
