REQUIREMENTS

You will need:

• A Florida real estate license
• Excellent interpersonal skills (both oral and written)
• Self-motivation and discipline to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Skype, Adobe, CRM system
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Some college or equivalent entrepreneurial experience
• Some understanding of business accounting, financial statements
• A positive attitude and excellent work ethic

COMPENSATION

This is an Independent Contractor, commission-only opportunity.
