Job Description Join one of the Gulf Coast's top-performing real estate teams as our next Listing Manager. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to oversee every stage of the listing process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys project management, thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional experience for clients. Essential Duties Manage residential listings from signed listing agreement through closing, ensuring an exceptional client experience. Coordinate all aspects of listing preparation, including repairs, maintenance, vendors, photography, video, and marketing appointments. Build, maintain, and audit MLS listings to ensure complete, accurate, and compliant property information. Conduct guided video tours to include 3D tours and social media marketing videos as needed Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers, agents, vendors, and buyers regarding active listings. Schedule and conduct property visits, listing preparation appointments, and marketing walkthroughs as needed. Monitor listing activity, provide regular feedback reports, and proactively recommend adjustments when appropriate. Maintain organized transaction files, inventory, signs, lockboxes, and all listing documentation. Assist Lead Administrator as need to ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations Desired Skills and Experience Exceptional organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Highly proactive, dependable, and accountable with excellent follow-through. Comfortable coordinating vendors, schedules, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new software and systems. Professional, positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities. Real estate experience or an active Florida real estate license is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
