Responsibilities:

Your Impact As a Senior Title Closer , you will serve as the final authority ensuring every transaction closes accurately, compliantly, and on time.

You Will:

Manage full-cycle residential and commercial closings from intake through final title policy Review, prepare, and approve settlement statements, closing packages, and loan documents Clear title requirements and resolve complex title issues, liens, and defects Coordinate funding approvals and execute precise disbursement of funds Ensure proper recording of legal documents at the county and federal levels Issue final title policies once commitments are satisfied Analyze title searches for liens, judgments, fraud risks, and title defects Review surveys, legal descriptions, plats, and public records for accuracy Maintain strong communication with realtors, lenders, attorneys, escrow officers, and clients Work closely with processors to ensure efficiency and accountability across files Prepare title abstracts and title opinions when required

Qualifications:

Non-Negotiable Requirements Active Florida Title Agent License (Required) Ability to work in person at our Hollywood, FL office 5+ years of advanced title closing experience Experience managing 30-40+ files per month independently Experience working closely with title processors (including remote processors) Proficiency with title software (Qualia strongly preferred) Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Calm, solutions-oriented mindset in a deadline-driven environment Preferred Qualifications Bilingual English / Spanish strongly preferred Background in title examination or abstracting Experience with commercial transactions Ability to mentor or guide team members when needed Additional languages such as Italian, Portuguese, or French are a plus
