Job Description

Local property management company is looking to hire a Leasing Agent to support the team.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist prospective residents in a professional and friendly manner
  • Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential tenants
  • Provide accurate information about the property, amenities, and lease terms
  • Process rental applications and conduct background checks on applicants
  • Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
  • Address resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including conducting unit inspections
  • Maintain organized records of leasing activities and resident interactions
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Leasing Agent or in a similar customer service role preferred
  • Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with prospective residents
  • Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to negotiate lease terms and handle objections effectively
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to leasing and property management
  • Proficient in phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Familiarity with facilities management principles is a plus
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and handle difficult situations professionally

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with property management software (e.
