Leasing Specialists in the New Port Richey, FL area! •

WEEKLY PAY

REQUIREMENTS

6 months plus of prior leasing experience is a MUST! Has knowledge of Apartment Leasing/Fair Housing Reliable transportation- attendance and punctuality is imperative Have working knowledge of the community and floor plans to successfully convert tours to leases Ability to process applications and prepare leases for qualified potential residents In-depth understanding of the real estate industry, including laws, policies and best practices

QUALIFICATIONS

Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability Friendly, energetic, and great people skills Have the ability to work weekends Call or text to apply!
