Experienced Real Estate Closer /Title Insurance Agent Job Type:
Full-Time Our established real estate title company is seeking an experienced Real Estate Closer / Title Insurance Agent to join our growing team. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can independently manage residential real estate transactions from contract to closing while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Work with the processors to handle all aspects of residential real estate closings from beginning to end. Review title commitments and clear title requirements. Prepare and review Closing Disclosures and closing documents. Examine and satisfy lender closing instructions and title commitment requirements for compliance. Review, and disclose surveys, sales contracts, estoppels, lien searches, and related closing documents. Communicate proactively with Realtors, lenders, mortgage brokers, buyers, sellers, and attorneys to ensure timely and accurate closings. Maintain organized files and effectively manage multiple transactions and deadlines. Qualifications Experience handling all aspects of residential real estate closings is required. Thorough knowledge of reviewing title commitments, preparing Closing Disclosures, and closing documents. Familiarity with ALTA Best Practices. Experience with Qualia software is preferred. Excellent organizational and customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Strong attention to detail and commitment to outstanding customer service. Compensation Compensation is competitive and will be based on experience.
