  • New Construction Single Family Homes Sales Are you a licensed real estate agent looking for more listings, more leads, and more commission opportunities? We're expanding our team and looking for motivated agents to join Dori Homes Realty as we grow our new construction division across Sarasota, North Port, and surrounding areas. What We Offer ✅ Occasional Listings
  • You will be the listing agent of some of our properties ✅ Work directly with the broker on his listings as well ✅ Competitive Commission Splits

  • our brokerage is connected with Dori Homes Group, an active homebuilder. Agents on our team occasionally show our own listings and earn commission on a sale. ✅ High-Quality Buyer Leads
  • even if a buyer doesn't purchase one of our homes, that lead is still yours to work with and nurture. ✅ Open House Opportunities
  • host open houses in our brand-new homes to generate real, motivated leads. ✅ Consistent Pipeline of Business
  • we're planning to list 30+ new construction homes in 2026.
  • While the listings belong to the broker, our agents will directly benefit from them through open houses, buyer leads, and sales opportunities. ✅ Full Broker Support ✅ Freedom to Sell Any Homes
  • continue working with your own clients and sell any properties in Florida.
