  • Full-time About the Role Coastal Homes Group is one of the most active listing teams on Florida's northeast coast.
We're adding an Inside Sales Agent who thrives on the phone, takes coaching seriously, and wants a clear path to six-figure income. This is a phone-first, performance-tracked role. You'll know what winning looks like before you make your first call. What You'll Do Conduct outbound calls to homeowners and prospective sellers using proven conversation frameworks. Qualify leads by understanding client needs, timeline, and motivation to ensure every appointment handed off is worth taking. Schedule and confirm listing appointments for our specialist team, ensuring clean handoffs and accurate notes. Manage your pipeline in CRM — updated records, follow-up tasks, and lead status at all times. Participate in a brief daily skill-builder with our Director of Sales — script review, role-play, and real-time feedback. Track your own numbers and own your outcomes daily. Daily Standards 40+ quality contacts per day 1 qualified listing appointment set per day 30+ appointments per month at full ramp 350+ active leads managed in CRM 4+ closed transactions per month after the 6-month ramp period Who Fits This Role You're comfortable initiating conversations with people you've never met. You qualify before you pitch. You stay organized without being chased. You take feedback and implement it fast. Rejection refocuses you — it doesn't derail you. Phone sales, inside sales, call center, or customer service experience is a plus. We hire for drive and coachability first. Who Won't Enjoy This If outbound calling feels like a grind, this isn't for you. If you need low-accountability environments or don't want your numbers tracked daily, this won't be a fit.
Compensation Pay range:
$45,000
  • 120,000+ per year Top performer path to $100K+: realistic within 24 months Florida real estate license not required to start.
