Job Description

Glades at Gulf View Apartments, a residential community in Port Richey, FL, is currently seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant. Position Overview The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of the leasing process, including touring apartments and amenities, closing leases, processing applications, and coordinating move-ins. This role requires building and maintaining positive relationships with both prospective and current residents. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a professional attitude and contribute to leasing, marketing, and customer service efforts. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist prospective residents in person and over the phone; conduct tours of apartments and community amenities Support marketing initiatives and outreach efforts Process rental applications and complete move-in documentation Conduct market surveys to stay informed on local competition Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and engagement Inspect apartments to ensure readiness for move-in Assist with rent collection and related administrative tasks Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office, clubhouse, model units, fitness center, and public areas Perform light cleaning duties such as vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning as needed Monitor property grounds, remove litter, and report maintenance concerns Participate in weekend scheduling as required (some Saturdays) Assist with lease renewals and resident retention efforts Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic computer proficiency required; experience with MRI software is a plus Ability to work a flexible schedule Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment Physical Requirements Frequent walking, climbing stairs, and operating a golf cart during property tours Regular use of office equipment including telephone, computer, keyboard, mouse, and two-way radio

From $19.00 per hour
