We are currently seeking an energetic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team in Riverview, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who is passionate about apartment leasing, customer service, resident retention, social media marketing, and occupancy growth . Leasing Consultant Responsibilities As a Leasing Consultant, you will: Convert prospective resident inquiries into community tours through timely and effective follow-up. Build relationships with prospects and provide compelling information about the community, amenities, floor plans, and surrounding neighborhood. Conduct personalized apartment tours that showcase the value and lifestyle of the community. Generate new leases and contribute to occupancy and revenue goals. Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the leasing and move-in process. Maintain consistent communication with prospects through phone calls, email, text messaging, and CRM platforms. Follow up with prospective residents to maximize tour-to-lease conversion rates. Build brand awareness and engagement through social media platforms and online marketing initiatives. Assist with resident retention efforts by providing outstanding customer service and fostering positive resident relationships. Ensure leasing paperwork and resident files are completed accurately and in compliance with company standards. Maintain knowledge of community pricing, promotions, availability, and competitive market conditions. Participate in outreach marketing and community events to generate new leads. Support the leasing office with administrative and operational tasks as needed. Work weekends when prospective residents are actively searching for housing, typically three to four weekends per month, with scheduled days off during the week. Represent Rentyl Apartments in a professional, positive, and customer-focused manner at all times. Qualifications Previous sales, customer service, or leasing experience preferred. Multifamily leasing experience is a plus. Strong sales aptitude and a proven ability to build relationships. Social media savvy with experience using platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for engagement and marketing. Passion for connecting with people through phone conversations, texting, email, and in-person interactions. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Proficiency with leasing software, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and other business applications. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Self-motivated with a strong desire to exceed leasing and occupancy goals. Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends.
