This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and dependability. At least 1 year of legal experience is preferred. Duties include, but are not limited to the following: Answering incoming calls Scheduling and handling a busy calendar Data entry Preparing short correspondence and non-complicated legal documents Performing various office work required to organize and maintain files (copying, scanning, faxing, etc.)
Skills/Qualifications:
Clear communication skills and professional phone demeanor Positive attitude with a focus on teamwork Outstanding customer service skills Organized, accurate, and reliable Strong typing and transcription skills Intermediate-to-advanced level in Outlook, Word, and other Microsoft applications Ability to adapt to change and a variety of duties Our firm offers casual work environment, 10 days PTO following completion of set probationary periods, and an opportunity to grow. Compensation is based on level of experience.
